Hadrien Bruaux (install) BE/FR 1991

Hadrien Bruaux´s work is a continuous dialogue of cultures and eras created by an association of objects, images and ideas. The works summon diverse concepts which invite the spectator to create his thought process and to reinvent the potential story laying beneath their dialectics. The artist tells us he has always collected what surrounds him, and this gesture is an essential part of his work. Hadrien Bruaux studied painting and his work carries questions from his first medium. His work is plural, as he now uses a variety of mediums creating a body of intermittently dissonant work that lead to surprising impacts through diverse languages and ways of perceiving. The artist says his pieces are thought as different parts of one organism where each part echoes with the others according to their layout.
